See the r458.2 release notes - it's probably a graphics driver bug on your system.
A great read, thanks for sharing!
If you use Construct in the browser, you can change the version right in the URL, for example by visiting https://editor.construct.net/r449-3/ to load r449.3.

I just tried this and it looks like a bug in the latest WebView2 actually - I filed an issue about it.
That sounds like a graphics driver bug - check to see if any system software updates or driver updates are available.
Have you tried disabling WebGPU? That will go back to using the older WebGL renderer.
If you run in to a problem please file an issue following the guidelines.
Doesn't the built-in mesh distortion feature do a similar thing?
Have you tried using Chrome beta/dev/canary? There have been some Chrome-side performance improvements for this very recently (see this issue). It might also be worth trying setting the renderer back to WebGL, as work to optimise WebGPU to be as fast as WebGL in this case is also ongoing (see also this issue).
The latest version 1.5 of the Steamworks addon supports the overlay on Windows again. Last I tried both achievements and Steam Deck were working fine - it's hard to say more without seeing something like a bug report with a sample project and steps to reproduce.
Use the Steamworks plugin.
Audio files are already included in the returned project file list.
If any Construct version accidentally breaks backwards compatibility please file an issue and we will make it a priority to fix it. However without knowing more it's possible there is some other problem, such as a hardware failure that corrupted your files, rather than the problem being Construct.
